Shipping & Refund Policy

1. Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, unless ordered on preorder.

  • Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via the email address provided at checkout.

  • Risk of Loss: All items purchased from Tempest Peptides are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

2. No-Return Policy

Due to the laboratory nature of our products and the necessity of maintaining strict climate and purity controls, we do not accept returns. * Once a product has left our facility, it cannot be returned to our inventory for resale.

  • All sales are final once the carrier takes possession of the package.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We stand by the quality of our shipping process. If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the incorrect item:

  • Reporting Period: You must contact us at tempestpeptides@gmail.com within 12 hours of the delivery time stamped by the carrier.

  • Required Proof: Please include your order number and clear photographic evidence of the damaged packaging and/or incorrect product.

  • Resolution: If the claim is verified, we will issue a one-time replacement or reshipment of the affected items at no additional cost to you.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly. Tempest Peptides is not responsible for packages stolen from your property or lost by the carrier after a successful delivery scan.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet been processed for shipping. Once a tracking number has been generated, the order can no longer be canceled or refunded.
