• Processing Time: Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order labels are created.

• Discreet Packaging: All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging to ensure the privacy of your research.

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the order and the destination. We may offer expedited shipping options for heat-sensitive research materials.

3. Verification & Compliance

• Age Restriction: Per our Terms and Conditions, you must be at least 21 years of age to purchase. We reserve the right to request age verification before shipping.

• Research Use: We only ship to individuals or institutions conducting legitimate laboratory research.

4. Delivery Issues & Damage Claims

• Risk of Loss: Once the carrier takes possession of the package, the risk of loss passes to the buyer.

• Damaged Goods: If your research materials arrive damaged, you must contact tempestpeptides@gmail.com within 12 hours of delivery.

• Required Documentation: To process a replacement, you must provide clear photos of the damaged items and the shipping thermal/box.
